Warm Chocolate Chai – Recipe by Chai Walli

Ingredients:

  • Bourbon (Maker’s Mark recommended)
  • Mozart Chocolate Bitters or Dark Chocolate Liquid
  • Chai (refer to Chai recipe – below)

Directions:

  • Put 1 shot of Bourbon into a cup
  • Add Chai
  • Add a few drops of the Mozart Chocolate Bitters
  • Serve with a cinnamon stick (you can try using the cinnamon stick as a straw)

 

How to make your Chai…

  • 1 – 2 tsps Chai Walli mixture of your choice
  • 1 ¾ cups Water
  • ½ cup Milk
  • Jaggery (optional)
  • Fresh grated ginger (optional)

Directions

  • Place water into a saucepan on medium heat
  • Add chai and brew for 3 – 5 minutes
  • Add milk and brew for 3 – 5 minutes or until desired strength
