Warm Banana Smoothie

The perfect Winter make-over for your banana smoothie on chilly mornings…

Ingredients: 

¾ cup hot water

1 peeled ripe banana

3 tablespoons chopped raw walnuts or almonds

¼ teaspoon cinnamon

2 or 3 pitted organic dates

Method: 

Place all ingredients into your blender & serve warm.

Add-ons:

¼ inch knob fresh ginger

Handful of Cacao nibs

Fresh strawberries
