Bliss Ball Ingredients
• 1/2 cup raw cashews
• 1/2 cup desiccated coconut
• 1 tbs tahini • 6 Medjool dates , pitted
• 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
• A pinch of Himalayan salt Method
What to do:
- Add all ingredients to your Thermomix or food processor and whizz until combined and sticky
- Roll into balls and then roll in extra coconut
- Place in the fridge to set for 1 hour
- Store in the fridge
