Post Christmas Smoothie

We hope you had a wonderful Holiday feast yesterday!  

How are you feeling today? A little tired, a little lethargic and unmotivated? Why not start your day off with a delicious, super-friendly cleansing smoothie for the body, by adding a little more greens into your post-Christmas meals you can quickly help kick start the body into a healthier habits.

 

Ingredients:

1 cup coconut water

1 Lebanese cucumber

1/2 avocado

2 Brazil nuts

1 cup baby spinach or kale

juice of 1 lemon

handful of mint leaves

1 tablespoon chia seeds

 

Method:

Place all the ingredients in a blender until combined and smooth. Add a little water if needed for texture.

 

So simple, yet so delicious!
