Meet Kieran Ryan – Business & Community Engagement Co-ordinator. This Movember, Twosixmag will be focusing on educating and raising awareness for men’s health. Kieran joined the Movember Foundation with the intent of having fun, doing good. he’s already lost two close mates to suicide, so Kieran has a particular passion for improving the mental health and wellbeing of Aussie men.
What are the most important things you have experienced so far while working with Movember?
That everyone registering to participate in Movember, whether it’s a Mo Bro growing or a Mo Sista moving, everyone has a story
What do you do to keep “Moving” every day?
I make sure everyday I’m either cycling or walking to work, or going for a run along the Yarra River after work, it’s a perfect way to relax and wind down after a day at the Moustache Factory
How would friends and family describe you?
Energetic with a love for life
Do you think social media is the key to getting a healthy message out there?
I think social media plays a part in getting healthy messages out there and inspiring others. Worldwide people are becoming more social media savvy and glued to smart devices, we can make the photos and posts we share a positive influence
