3 Yoga Poses To Make You Smile

Happiness is the thing we want most for the people we love. That’s why it matters so much to be happy and why we all have a different idea of what happiness is and what it means to us as individuals…It’s vital to hold onto those things that make you happy and to use them as a means to keep you stress and anxiety-free.

If you need a little reminder of what makes some of us happy here are a few suggestions.

Spend time with friends and family – At every opportunity
Worry less about money – It never brings happiness
Sleep more – Give yourself the rest you deserve
Head outdoors – Fresh air means fresh perspectives
Smile as often as possible – Its good for you
Help others – There is nothing more rewarding
Meditate – Moments of silence can bring clarity
Exercise – Release those endorphins.
