Do you crave sweet foods after every savoury meal? Do you need something cheeky after dinner to please the palate? My answers are yes and definitely.
Sweet teeth can get you into trouble. Generally, because you eat too much sugar. That’s something you need to avoid at all times but it’s particularly ill-advised right before bed.It might impact your sleep or weight.
I get my sweet fixes with sugar-free switcheroos. Nice creams, homemade chocolate, cookies and this recipe, The Cherry Bomb. Ice cream texture, though I make it a little too runny in this video, made with only four ingredients.
