Chai Poached Pears – Gluten Free + Refined Sugar-Free!
Ingredients
- 3 Pears, peeled
- 3 tsp Chai Walli mixture
- 5 cups Water
- 1 Vanilla Bean, split and seeded
- Sweetener of your choice
- Crumble (use the crust from Chai Cheesecake recipe as crumble)
Directions
- Put water into a saucepan on medium heat
- Add sweetener, pears, chai, and vanilla
- Simmer for 20 minutes, or until the pears are tender
- Turn off heat, remove pears and allow to cool
- Sprinkle crumble onto a plate, add a pear and cream or ice-cream to serve
